To truly live in accordance with divine guidance, it is necessary to learn the pillars of Islam. Islam, the true religion of Allah Al-Mighty, encompasses not just a set of beliefs but also rituals, transactions, and moral values, collectively known as Deen. This code of conduct applies to both worldly life and the hereafter.

There is a total of nine courses available, including Islamic Knowledge for Pre-School 1 and 2, as well as Grades 1 to 5. In addition, there is a course on Duas and another called Islamic Knowledge Glorious Life. These courses can be taken during classes on Tajweed, Recitation, Noorani Qaida, or memorization, and are taught by qualified teachers.

The five pillars of Islam are as follows:

  • Declaration of Faith: To become a Muslim, one must pronounce the declaration of faith that "There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad (PBUH) is His messenger" in both words and heart.
  • Prayer The second pillar of Islam is prayer, which must be performed five times a day and on Fridays. Men typically offer prayer in a mosque, while women do so at home. Prayer helps to build one's faith and purifies the soul from sins.
  • Fasting during the Holy month of Ramadan is the third pillar of Islam. This lunar month teaches patience, obedience, and empathy towards the poor and hungry. Fasting aims to make Muslims Muttaqi, or protective against disobedience of Allah Al-Mighty. Charity, or Zakah, is the fourth pillar of Islam. It involves giving a certain amount of money to the poor each year to bring harmony to society and purify wealth.
  • Pilgrimage: The fifth and final pillar of Islam is Hajj, a religious journey to the city of Makkah during the Lunar month of Zul-Hijjah. Hajj involves several rituals, including Ihraam, stay in Arafaat, and Tawaf-e-Ziyarah. It is obligatory for those who can afford the expenses and is said to wipe out one's sins.
